Our Kids Yoga classes are designed to introduce children to the joys of yoga in a fun and engaging way. Suitable for kid’s of all ages, these classes combine playful movement with mindfulness practices that enhance physical health and social/emotional well-being.
In addition to physical benefits, our yoga classes incorporate breathing exercises that help children learn how to manage stress and find calmness amidst their busy lives. Each session concludes with relaxation techniques that encourage mindfulness and reflection.
