Learn More About SOHAM Yoga

SOHAM Yoga was born after returning from a yoga retreat in India in 2019, but Lindsey first began practicing yoga in her teens.
As someone who has always been active, but also struggled deeply with mental health, yoga became a safe space and helped Lindsey learn to heal and return to her Self.
Realizing that people live a whole lifetime without developing
tools for self-regulation and connection, she knew she wanted to create a space where she could offer those tools and help people understand it is never too late to love yourself exactly as you are and develop healthy habits for longevity.
